
As we go through life we all experience challenges that can sometimes feel insurmountable, or we may be struggling with anxiety, anger, stress or even grief and loss. Sometimes we just need a safe space, some kind and understanding guidance and a re-set to get us back on track.
As a mother of three grown up children twice married, and juggling work, life and family I understand how those challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. However I know from my own experience that there is always a way through.
Whether you are experiencing a small challenge or a major crisis, or simply want to find the courage to step into something new for yourself I would feel privileged to work with you as your guide and counsellor.
